The connector also answers questions about events, places, listings and homes without an account.

AvailableManaging many flats? Zugora takes over your housing listings automatically from your property management software – in the industry standard IDX 3.01, which common programs export. You keep maintaining your properties in one place.

Request
You request access for your company by email. If it is based in the canton of Zug, we set it up as a partner – access is active right away.
Key or feed
You receive a personal key your software uses to transfer the listings over HTTPS. Or you provide a feed address that Zugora collects regularly.
Automatic import
Zugora takes over new, changed and ended listings automatically, including photos. On Zugora they appear marked «via» with the name of your company.
Access is open to every company based in the canton of Zug. Only properties in the canton of Zug are imported, with the same rules, checks and reporting options as all housing listings. Interested people apply either via Zugora or via the link to your listing.
Write to us with the name of your company, its registered office and your property management software – the legal notice shows the address under «Show email address».
