Scope

These terms apply to using Zugora with an account. Zugora is a service of Hartmann Association, a registered association based in Zug. Zugora is an independent, unofficial platform and not a service of the Canton of Zug or its municipalities. Zugora is in a beta phase.

Account

The account is free. Each person may create one account for themselves and must provide their own reachable email address. Keep your password secret and preferably secure your account with a passkey. Let us know if you suspect misuse of your account.

Use

You use Zugora only within the applicable laws. In particular, you may not:

• create accounts for other people or with false details,
• circumvent security measures or use other people's sign-in details,
• burden or disrupt Zugora with automated mass requests.

Availability

During the beta, features may change, be temporarily unavailable or be discontinued. We strive for reliable operation but cannot guarantee any particular availability.

Liability

The content on Zugora is compiled with care but without warranty; the authorities' information is authoritative. To the extent permitted by law, the operator's liability is excluded.

Termination

You can delete your account yourself at any time. If these terms are violated, we may suspend or delete an account.

Changes

We may adjust these terms. The current version is always on this page. In the case of material changes, we will ask you to accept the new version.

Applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, unless the law provides otherwise.
