Zytturm clock tower

The 41.5-metre Zytturm clock tower on Kolinplatz is considered the landmark of the town of Zug. It goes back to the 13th century, was given its present form with a guardroom and hipped roof in 1557 and the large clock in 1574; below it, an astronomical clock shows the day of the week, the month and the phase of the moon. The tower can be visited every day; access is via the eZug app or a badge.
