The Zugersee Schifffahrt runs scheduled boats and round trips on Lake Zug; the scheduled boats run from mid-April to early November. Steam navigation on the lake began in 1852 with the paddle steamer «Rigi». In Zug, the boats call at the Bahnhofsteg landing stage, among others.
